Importance of Environmental Toxins on our Health

Here I am on King 5’s Take 5 Live with Kaci Aitchison discussing the importance of environmental toxins on our health. We discuss BPA and phthalates, endocrine disruptors found in many household products, and their effects on fertility, obesity, diabetes, and more. It can be overwhelming to learn about this issues at first but my advice is take it one product at a time and be your own advocate. Learn about resources like apps for your smart phone you can use in the store to help you choose safer products!
